We arrived shortly after their opening at 5pm without reservations and they were booked for the night but were able to squeeze us in early at a table reserved from 7:30pm. We came specifically for the pork shoulder and were not disappointed. We saw several other amazing looking dishes pass by our table that we will return for. The garlic soup was also amazing!

Really lovely, cosy place, you have to walk down into what looks like a wine cellar. Probably the best pork knuckle I've ever had! And the apple strudel is to die for! Service is great!

Questions & Answers

I don't have that answer. On the menu they have the history. It may still have belonged to the nuns.

the earliest documentation is from 1436, the buying-certificate says: house with garden and cellar. The Building today has been there for around 250 years, our Restaurant and the cellar vault since the beginning.
